Basketball Recap: Ferndale Comes Up Short

Ferndale lost against Sedro-Woolley back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Ferndale Golden Eagles took a 59-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sedro-Woolley Cubs. That's two games in a row now that the Golden Eagles have lost by exactly 11 points.

Ferndale now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Sedro-Woolley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

Ferndale will look to defend their home court on Friday against Bellingham at 7:15 p.m. As for Sedro-Woolley, they will head out on the road to challenge Mount Vernon at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Sedro-Woolley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six games.
