Conant is 7-2 against Fremd since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cougars will head out to face off against the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Conant has six straight victories, Fremd has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Monday, Conant earned a 2-0 win over Streamwood.

Conant not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Streamwood between 18 and 20 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Fremd came up short against Loyola Academy on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Conant pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Fremd, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Conant came out on top in a nail-biter against Fremd in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
