Incarnate Word Academy needed a changed in momentum after dropping three straight matches and they got it from Kendall Stroer. The Red Knights blew past the Notre Dame Rebels 3-0 on Wednesday for which the team can thank Stroer, who had 13 digs and one assist. She has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last four times she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-8, 25-20.
