Randolph-Clay's loss ends three-game winning streak at home

Recap: Randolph-Clay Red Devils vs. Mitchell County Eagles
The Randolph-Clay Red Devils lost against the Mitchell County Eagles back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Randolph-Clay was the victim of a tough 61-39 defeat at the hands of Mitchell County.
Despite the defeat, Randolph-Clay saw an underclassman step up: Tyrion Smith scored 12 points along with four steals.
Randolph-Clay struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Randolph-Clay's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-9. As for Mitchell County, they pushed their record up to 20-5 with that victory, which was their ninth straight on the road.
Randolph-Clay does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mitchell County also has no future games currently scheduled.
