Football Game Recap: Pentucket Regional vs. Masconomet Regional

The last time they met, Masconomet Regional were the 35-7 winner over Pentucket Regional. This time around? They had no such luck. It was close but no cigar for Masconomet Regional as they fell 0-2 to Pentucket Regional on Saturday. If the result catches you off guard, it should: Masconomet Regional were the far and away favorite. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 2-2.

Masconomet Regional will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Peabody Veterans Memorial at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams are looking to take out their frustrations on one another after having lost close ones recently. As for Pentucket Regional, they will face off against North Reading. Those two teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous games.
