Basketball Recap: Kouts' Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak on the Road

On Tuesday, the Kouts Mustangs & Fillies lost to the Glenn Falcons on the road by a 43-26 margin. The game marked the Mustangs & Fillies 's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Kouts lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Sophia Tikalsky, who posted seven points.

Addison Reese had a dynamite game for Glenn, going 7 of 15 on her way to 20 points and four steals. Those 20 points gave Reese a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Daelynn Nance, who put up eight points and eight boards.

Kouts' defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-9. As for Glenn, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.

Kouts has already played their next contest, a 76-17 victory against Boone Grove on the 30th. As for Glenn, they will square off against Plymouth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Plymouth will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Glenn surely won't give up without a fight.
