Football Recap: Franklin Panthers vs. Marshall Barristers
Franklin won the last time they faced Marshall and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 41-21 margin over the Barristers. Considering the Panthers have won three contests by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Franklin to victory, but perhaps none more so than Harold Jackson, who rushed for 77 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Albert Cardenas, who threw for 193 yards and one TD while completing 81.2% of his passes.
Marshall's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Nathaniel Cadet, who threw for 128 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and Joaquin Means, who rushed for 140 yards.
