The Merritt Oilers's game on Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 59-35 margin over Turpin. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Merritt considering their 25-point performance the match before.
Turpin's loss came despite strong showings from Bryson Parker and Carson Peters. Parker scored 16 points, while Peters scored ten points.
