Basketball Recap: Stoney Creek Takes a Loss

Stoney Creek has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. The game between the Stoney Creek Cougars and the Lake Orion Dragons didn't end well, with the Stoney Creek Cougars falling 59-44. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Dragons earlier this season, when they won 48-46.

Stoney Creek's record is now 13-7. As for Lake Orion, their win bumped their record up to 12-10.

Coming up, Stoney Creek will square off against Carman-Ainsworth at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Stoney Creek is facing Carman-Ainsworth at the right time seeing as Carman-Ainsworth is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Lake Orion does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
