Football Recap: Laurel Starts off Right with Win over Arcadia + How To Watch

Laurel had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They breezed past the Arcadia Firebirds to the tune of 56-16 on Friday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Bulldogs' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 17th in Delaware, while the Firebirds are ranked 335th in Virginia).

Looking ahead, Laurel will head out to square off against Brandywine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Arcadia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Randolph-Henry at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
