High school football: Top 10 high school football prospects in Pennsylvania

Quinton Martin, Cooper Cousins, Rico Scott headline highest-rated football seniors heading into 2023 season.

High school football is fast approaching as teams in Pennsylvania are preparing to hit the field. We've compiled a list of the top 10 seniors in the state heading into 2023.

Selections are based on rankings compiled by 247Sports.

Quinton Martin of Belle Vernon, the top-ranked player from the state, is ranked No. 47 overall in the nation and No. 4 at his position. The 6-2, 200-pound athlete combined for 28 rushing and receiving touchdowns. The future Nittany Lion also intercepted four passes and returned two punts for scores.
