Basketball Recap: Sallisaw Comes Up Short

Sallisaw lost against Stigler back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Sallisaw Black Diamonds fell 57-46 to the Stigler Panthers. The Black Diamonds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sallisaw's loss dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Stigler, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-13 record this season.

Sallisaw wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 68-49 defeat against Muldrow on the 14th. Stigler does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
