Friday just wasn't the day for Boone's offense. They fell just short of the Des Moines North Polar Bears by a score of 1-0 on Friday. Boone have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Boone's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9-3. As for Des Moines North, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.
