Kiel got themselves on the board against West De Pere on Saturday, but West De Pere never followed suit. They came out on top against the Phantoms by a score of 3-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Raiders, who have now won three games in a row.

Liz Neils was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Kiel's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for West De Pere, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Kiel will challenge Sheboygan Falls at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Falcons have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.39 runs per game on average), something the Raiders will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for West De Pere, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Two Rivers on the 17th.
