Softball Game Preview: Saddleback Roadrunners vs. Century Centurions

The Saddleback Roadrunners will face off against the Century Centurions at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. Saddleback has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 4.

Saddleback lost 17-7 to Bolsa Grande on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Century sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 13-12 win over Environmental Charter on Tuesday.

Century has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.3 runs over those games. As for Saddleback, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-19.
