Seneca had lost ten games straight , but after bumping their record up to 9-22 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. They put the hurt on the Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers with a sharp 7-1 victory. The Fighting Irish not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 22nd (when they won 11-0).

As for Gardner-South Wilmington, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record this season. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.
