Basketball Game Preview: Wahama White Falcons vs. Tug Valley Panthers

The Wahama White Falcons will venture away from home to challenge the Tug Valley Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Wahama comes in on six and Tug Valley on 16.

Wahama is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They managed a 41-36 win over St. Joseph Central.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Tug Valley duked it out with Wirt County on Friday. Tug Valley simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Wirt County 55-22. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 games by 20 points or more this season.

Tug Valley's win came from a few key players Wahama will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Bailee Hall, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 17 boards. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 14 or more in each of the last five games she's played. Haven Deskins was another key player, shooting 50% from the field en route to 14 points.

Tug Valley pushed their record up to 20-2 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.9 points. As for Wahama, their win bumped their record up to 16-5.
