Basketball Recap: Beverly Hills Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hawthorne last Tuesday, Beverly Hills came back down to earth. The Beverly Hills Normans fell just short of the Santa Monica Vikings by a score of 43-41 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Normans have suffered since January 12, 2024.

Beverly Hills dropped their record down to 10-10 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Santa Monica, their record now sits at 11-9.

Beverly Hills will be playing at home against Culver City at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Culver City's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests. Santa Monica has already played their next match (against Rancho Mirage), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
