Central Texas Christian has struggled against Round Rock Christian Academy recently, as their contest on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Holy Trinity Catholic, who are still winless after their ninth matchup. They took a serious blow against Live Oak Classical on Friday, falling 100-36. While losing is never fun, Holy Trinity Catholic can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1694th, while Live Oak Classical is ranked 267th).
Central Texas Christian has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season. As for Holy Trinity Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.
Central Texas Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Holy Trinity Catholic in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, sneaking past 35-32.
