Soccer Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Yukon

Yukon barely beat Santa Fe South the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Millers blew past the Saints 7-2 on Thursday. Allie Trindle was a massive factor in the win as she booted in five goals all by herself.

The win was the fourth in a row for Yukon, bringing their record up to 5-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those four matches. As for Santa Fe South, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3.

Yukon and Santa Fe South will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Millers will square off against rival Putnam City West at 6:00 p.m. on the 4th. Meanwhile, Santa Fe South is set to face off against their familiar foe Southeast at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
