Preview: Purchase Line Red Dragons vs. Cambria Heights Highlanders
Purchase Line has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will square off against the Cambria Heights Highlanders at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Monday, Purchase Line suffered a rough 63-43 defeat at the hands of Harmony Area. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Purchase Line in their matchups with Harmony Area: they've now lost six in a row.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Misko, who scored six points.
Even though they lost, Purchase Line were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Cambria Heights, who are still winless after their fourth matchup. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 42-41 to Marion Center.
