It was a good run, but Overton unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Monday. They lost 3-0 to the Hume-Fogg Blue Knights. If the Bobcats were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Blue Knights when the teams met back in September of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-20, 25-7.

Overton's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Hume-Fogg, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Overton will welcome Hillsboro at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hume-Fogg, they will be playing at home against Harpeth Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
