After a string of 12 wins, Tri-Valley's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 73-60 to the Steubenville Big Red.

Steubenville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Will Taylor, who went 8-for-18 on his way to 20 points and three steals. The dominant performance also gave Taylor a new career-high in blocks (two). Another player making a difference was Aiden Davis, who went 6-for-12 en route to 17 points.

Tri-Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 19-5. As for Steubenville, they pushed their record up to 20-3 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

Tri-Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Steubenville, they will square off against Miami Trace at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Steubenville knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 23 games -- so hopefully Miami Trace likes a good challenge.
