Kylee Marlatt posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, she turned in her biggest game of the season, striking out 12 batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
