Volleyball Recap: Hallandale Takes a Loss

Hallandale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the McArthur Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chargers of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Hallandale took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23, 26-24.

Hallandale's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for McArthur, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Hallandale will take on Cooper City at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for McArthur, they will head out on the road to square off against Somerset Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
