Basketball Recap: Scobey/Opheim Has No Trouble Against West Yellowstone

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Scobey/Opheim walked away with it. They were the clear victor by a 47-26 margin over the West Yellowstone Wolverines on Wednesday. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 21 points or more this season.

Scobey/Opheim has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.5 points on average over those games. The loss snapped West Yellowstone's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 15-8 record.
