Sutter extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Hilmar. They skirted past the Yellowjackets 3-2. The Huskies are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 16 straight.
If you add up the scores from across all five sets (106-105) Sutter actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-21, 15-25, 23-25, 15-10.
Eden Bryan was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 20 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last three games she's played.
Bryan wasn't the only good servers: Sutter was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. They served one more ace than Hilmar's also-impressive total of 14.
Sutter's record is now 26-8. As for Hilmar, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-16.
