Soccer Recap: Littlerock Makes It Eight in a Row at Home

Littlerock kept a clean sheet against Knight on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Knight Hawks. Given the Lobos' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Hawks are ranked 406th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jaden Denham and Adrian Villafranco scored both of Littlerock's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

Littlerock's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 36 goals over those eight games. As for Knight, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7-5.

Littlerock will head out to challenge Quartz Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Knight, they will welcome Eastside at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
