Softball Recap: Continental Takes a Loss

Continental fell victim to Paulding and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (8-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The defeat continues a trend for them in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost five in a row.

Continental's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Paulding, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Continental wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 12-2 defeat against Wayne Trace on the 12th. As for Paulding, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-4 loss against Napoleon on the 12th.
