After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fresno Christian, Minarets was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Chowchilla Tribe 3-0. The win was some much needed relief for the Mustangs as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

Minarets' victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 12-16-1. As for Chowchilla, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 19-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Minarets will face off against rival Parlier at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Chowchilla is set to square off against their familiar foe Caruthers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
