Softball Recap: Russell Christian Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Starkville Christian last Tuesday, Russell Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Warriors came up short against the Morton Panthers on Tuesday, falling 12-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Warriors have suffered since April 18, 2024.

Russell Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Morton, their victory bumped their record up to 4-10.

Russell Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 18-0 win against Tuscaloosa Christian on the 4th. As for Morton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 15-8 victory against Pelahatchie on the 27th.
