Basketball Recap: Aidyn Lundy's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Blair County Christian over Dubois Christian

Blair County Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 44-26 fall against DuBois Christian. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-41 back in December of 2024.

Several Bobcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Aidyn Lundy, who posted eight points and six rebounds. Malachi Teis was another key player, putting up four points.

Blair County Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for DuBois Christian, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Blair County Christian has already played their next game (against Huntingdon Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. DuBois Christian will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Johnstown Christian at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th.
