Tri-City lost to Lutheran back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Tri-City Tornadoes managed a 49-45 win over the Lutheran Crusaders.

Tri-City's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gage Shafer, who posted 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hill Muir, who put up 15 points.

Tri-City's record now sits at 12-18. As for Lutheran, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-20.

Tri-City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 36-34 defeat against Athens on the 24th. Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
