After a string of five wins, McAdory's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Moody Blue Devils by a score of 3-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Yellowjackets of the 14-9 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2016.

McAdory's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Moody, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

McAdory will head out on the road to challenge Oak Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Oak Grove will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something McAdory surely won't give up without a fight. As for Moody, they will challenge Leeds at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Leeds' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so Moody's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
