Softball Recap: Mary Walker Takes a Loss

Mary Walker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 16-7 to the Northport Mustangs. The Chargers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Mustangs from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Mary Walker's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Northport, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Mustangs beat Mary Walker by a score of 16-14 later that day.
