Football Recap: Roundup Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Roundup played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 56-6 loss at the hands of the Huntley Project Red Devils. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Red Devils: they've now lost four in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Roundup lost, don't look at Ryan Olson. Despite the final result, he rushed for 85 yards and one TD.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Huntley Project to victory, but perhaps none more so than Blake Ramaeker, who threw for 135 yards and four touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave Ramaeker a new career-high in passer rating (153.3). Huntley Project's leading receiver Kooper Beard was Ramaeker's top target yet again, picking up 62 receiving yards and a pair of scores, while also rushing for 33 yards.

Roundup's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Huntley Project, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.

Roundup does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Huntley Project, they will head out to challenge Baker at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
