Basketball Game Preview: Gorham Fayette Eagles vs. Delta Panthers

Gorham Fayette hasn't had much luck against Delta recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Gorham Fayette Eagles will face off against the Delta Panthers at 4:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Thursday, Gorham Fayette beat Pettisville 49-42. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Delta put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Archbold by a score of 57-48.

Delta's victory was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-0. As for Gorham Fayette, their win bumped their record up to 7-8.

Gorham Fayette came up short against Delta in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 44-32. Can Gorham Fayette avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
