Soccer Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Higley Knights, falling 12-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 9-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2014.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Higley, their win bumped their record up to 3-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will take on North at 6:00 p.m. on January 17th. As for Higley, they will square off against Queen Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
