Softball Recap: Henry Clay Blue Devils vs. Tates Creek Commodores
Henry Clay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 12-7 to the Tates Creek Commodores. The Blue Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Commodores earlier this season, when they won 13-8.
Mady Henry made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with three runs and one RBI.
Henry Clay's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Tates Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 6-13.
Looking ahead, Henry Clay will venture away from home to face off against Woodford County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
