Basketball Recap: Plainview Extends Winning Streak to 15

Plainview won the last time they faced Fyffe and things went their way on Saturday too. The Plainview Bears breezed by the Fyffe Red Devils to the tune of 72-37. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 22 points or more this season.

The win was the 15th in a row for Plainview, bringing their record for this year to 20-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27.3 points. As for Fyffe, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 17-7.

Geraldine knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Fyffe likes a good challenge.
