Soccer Recap: Estacado Takes a Loss

Estacado lost against Greenwood back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Estacado Matadors came up short against the Greenwood Rangers, falling 6-0.

Estacado has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season. Greenwood is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-4 record this season.

Estacado will square off against Big Spring at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Estacado is facing Big Spring at the right time seeing as Big Spring is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Greenwood, they will take on Liberty at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a seven-game winning streak alive.
