Triangle Math & Science scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 75-69 to the Eno River Academy Bobcats. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Eno River Academy was led to victory by Evan Hambright and Sammer Day. Hambright went 10-for-15 on his way to 24 points, while Day posted 19 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. The dominant performance also gave Day a new career-high in blocks (three). Gabe Harris was another key player, shooting 56% from the field en route to 10 points and seven boards.

Triangle Math & Science's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Eno River Academy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Triangle Math & Science will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Neuse Charter at 6:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Eno River Academy, they will square off against River Mill at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bobcats will be up against the Jaguars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 65.6 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
