On Monday, Eastern faced Bard in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Eastern Ramblers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bard Falcons 67-7. The Ramblers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Eastern is also on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.7 points per game. As for Bard, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.
