It was a proper cat-fight when Trinity Presbyterian challenged Wicksburg on Friday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 28-16. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

Trinity Presbyterian relied on the efforts of Land Sharpless, who threw for 258 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.2 yards per attempt, and Tillman Clements, who gained 155 total yards and a touchdown. Those 258 passing yards gave Sharpless a new career-high.

Meanwhile, Houston Academy was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Northside Methodist Academy 49-7. With the Raiders ahead 42-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
