Baseball Recap: Bearden Comes Up Short

Bearden lost to Mount Ida back in May of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bears fell 4-1 to the Lions. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bearden saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colin Weatherly, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Bearden's defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Mount Ida, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-4.

As of now, neither Bearden nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
