Baseball Recap: Wayne Valley Takes a Loss

The Wayne Valley Indians came up short against the St. Joseph Regional Green Knights on Friday, falling 11-2. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wayne Valley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was James Pugliese, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Wayne Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for St. Joseph Regional, their win bumped their record up to 13-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wayne Valley will host Fair Lawn at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Joseph Regional, they will welcome St. Thomas Aquinas at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
