Portland took down Old Lyme on Wednesday, a win that might not have happened without Yandel Rivera's effort. Rivera scored two runs while going 1-for-4. The performance also marked the most RBI (two) he has had since back in April of 2024.

Rivera's strong effort led Portland over Old Lyme and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
