Elmwood lost to Farmington back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Trojans came out on top against the Farmers by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Elmwood easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-18.

Cheyenne Burge paced Elmwood's offense, picking up 11 kills. Burge got some help from Payge Ryan and her 19 assists. Gwen Agan controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Elmwood's victory bumped their record up to 22-10. As for Farmington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-22.

Elmwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Wethersfield on the 23rd. Farmington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
