Baseball Recap: Inter-Lakes Comes Up Short

Gilford hit Inter-Lakes with a seven-run second inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Lakers lost 11-3 to the Golden Eagles. The Lakers haven't had much luck with the Golden Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Inter-Lakes saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brogan Donnelly, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI. That run marked the first that Donnelly has scored this season.
