Last Tuesday, Richland got the win against Penn Cambria by a conclusive 3-0.
Richland never let Penn Cambria on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Bishop Carroll didn't have quite enough to beat Central Cambria on Tuesday and fell 3-2. While the Huskies didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Red Devils 25-10 in the first set.
Bishop Carroll actually scored more points across those five sets (103-97), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 10-25, 25-19, 22-25, 25-22, 15-12.
Richland's victory was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-4-2. As for Bishop Carroll, their loss dropped their record down to 13-7-1.
